Hey guys I ran a Sirio PR Pro in my 1/8 last year and quite liked it but I am in the market for a new mill this year and am looking for a motor that will perform strongly/consistantly, will hold a tune and is fairly easy to tune. What motors do you recomend? I have a Novarossi S421B buggy engine and it has been a disaster to tune and a Novarossi RR12L5 that has been the strongest, easiest to maintain and most consistant motor I have ever owned....I am looking for a .21 like the RR12L5 to put in my MRX4

Sugestions.......

Well the RB C5 has been one of the most consistent engines Ive owned for 1/8 scale on road. The R01 or 321 Novarossi engines are strong and consistent this year. I run a combination of both depending on track size. Cant go wrong with either...Hope this helps..

I'm sure this was asked before, but can't seem to find it, are MRX-4 body posts in the same location as on MRX-3? Will be upgrading to 4 and want to know if my existing bodies will fit without making additional holes... Thanks!

??

What do those numbers represent? A "lbs" rating?

I'm trying to compare the MRX springs to other springs I have but the other companies use a pounds rating...

Thanks

most guys just use the stock white springs (1.9mm spring material), reds are stiffer (2.0mm spring material) and grays are softer (1.8mm).

still kind of confusing...

Is there a list of all the springs with lbs ratings on the Mugen site or online that someone has publish or a team driver?

I've seen most setups use white and red springs for their MRX's but I'm basically trying to find the lbs (pound) rating to see if I can use these springs for other cars...

Thanks

I've honestly only see other brands of cars using different springs. For mugen guys they ran the white springs all around with the stock 600wt oil. Hey solhman, you get the new THS Pipe yet?

Try this: Use the receiver cover off a MTX-3/4. This is a direct bolt-on with no modifications. The cover will protect your receiver as well as hide all your wiring. Here's a photo of the cover on my car without electrocnics. Hope this helps.
