nils,

Someone ask a similar question on the mugen forum and here is Swauger's response.

...If you go to 6.5mm block in the rear you will get more side bite and if you want the car to rotate more in the corner you can go to the 4.5mm block.

Does anyone know if the MRX3 Rear dogbones will fit the MRX4?

Thats funny cause the MRX4 rear axles have the same part number as the MRX3 axles (H0222). Rear CVA's also have the same part number (H0276) as the MRX3. I'm betting they will work.

Fronts also have the same part number (H0270).

Lee Muse from Winner's Circle has compiled a list of common parts on his website.

http://www.gasrccar.com/

belts, CVA's, front one- way, suspension shafts, bumper, front uprights, and all clutch gear parts are interchangeable. Just do a comparison of parts list between the two cars.

I just checked gasrccar list the MRX4 rear bones as an unique part D0291 I think the MRX3 part # is D0219.

I stand corrected on the dogbones as I quoted the axle part number- not the half shaft (dogbone).

Multiple sources still list the front and rear CVA's the same part number (H0270 and H0276) as I stated.

A friend of mine had the same problem...

Apparently there is a problem with the basic set-up system.
He took his basic system back to his LHS and they were kind enough to open all the other basic systems to find the same problem.
They tried opening the 'All in one solution' and it had the correct sized toe gauge. He didn't want to spend the extra $ on the All In one, but is now happy he did! The tweak board reveals all!

Brooklyn Hobbies 718-951-2500 has stacks of them at a great price and will not be selling any more basic systems until they are all replaced.

Default hello nitro head

i have the exclisive set up system the wone with the alu stands.
it is the same system as the all in wone, but with out the tweak
station.
if you set the car by the factory set up sheet that came with the kit,you wil see that it dosnt fit,and you can not read the ful caster
scale if you have the upper arms laid back then it should be around 30 ore 40 degrees ,and the stands scale for caster only
go,s to 10 degrees.
you can theck it out with your mrx4.
