Default PRP Concept X Touring

A prototype is being built right now. These are the very-preliminary drawings, but generally the layout will stay the same.

If you can tell me what looks like an MTX on it, sure. There's not much one can do with the front end...believe me when I say we tried a ton of other options and ended up going back to that style that is used by so many other cars, not just Mugen (and they weren't the first to do it). Sigh...

I'm just teasing.

The car looks actually good and if you copy, you need to copy from the best.

I like the way the rear diff comes out.

So how do you intend fitting a pull start?

Hello,

Sorry for the slow response. A pull start will be fitted by removing the left chassis brace and moving the pulleys outboard...much like the Yokomo GT4. A rear exhaust engine keeps things easy.

Wednesday I'll be flying to China to hopefully get some more pictures of the car and test the prototype over the next month.

Street price for the pro kit should be around $300 or less...that's with carbon fiber, threaded shocks, machined stuff, etc. RTR should be about the same price, but with aluminum upper deck and some molded parts.

Sounds good, any thing aroud the $300 is competitive. While you're at the pre-production stage, why don't you try dropping a tank lige the TM G4, that would be a killer looks car and even more low profile.

Forgot to ask, will you be offering a front diff as an optional??? because for us guys running rubber tires it is a must.

sure it will. slide the belt to the side and out comes the diff.

i like the way how both steering and throttle servos mount, back to back and looks like weight distribution is pretty balance, front to back, side to side.
