Hello Everybody,

I have bought my self the CD3 standard with the force side exhaust engine. I am very impressed with the car and with the engine but the time has come to upgrade.

I have heard good stuff on the STS engines but have noticed that they are rear exhaust. What worries me is the exhaust manifold since there isnt much space between the engine and the shock tower. Please advise what manifold and exhaust would fit and I will be needing a starter box since the STS is a non pullstart. Any links??

Thanks in advance

Pipes that fits the FW05 will fit, Apparently the Kyosho 5.2 pipe is a good selection. Others may say the RDLogics Turbo II pipe.

Keep them set-ups coming boys <grin>

Most that I've seen (RB, RD Logics, OFNA, Skyline, Kyosho) so far will fit okay, but they might touch in a crash or if you don't set if perfectly. One mod a lot of us are doing is ditching the whole upper rear camber link/tower assembly for a simple turnbuckle with two ball ends.

I have not done this mod as I have enough clearance with the kyosho manifold - but I beleive this is what KevinK2 is talking about. (remove material with red on it) though the image shows the left side its the right side you need to cut away...........
