Default Why does my Mugen MRX-3 turn when I brake hard?

Hey guys a have an MRX3 and every time I lock the back wheels up, the car starts to turn left. its like only one of the wheels are braking, but that's not the case when I have it in my hand and I'm revving it and hitting the brakes (if that makes any sense). I have 2 of them and they both do that.

Can someone help???

Thanks,

On these cars you're not suppose to lock the brakes up. They're only meant to slow the car down enough to make the next turn. Even in the pits your pitman should be stopping the car.

You need to adjust either the linkage on your car or the endpoints on your transmitter so that they don't fully lock.

This assumes you have no other major problem with your setup. There's no way to tell since you didn't provide any other details in your post.

Thanks,
If your radio has ABS, turn it on. Set it where the car will slow down but not stop. The one way diff in the front makes the car brake like a rear wheel drive car.

Default thanks a million guys

Thanks a million guys, I drag this mugen because there's no on-road track here near me. But I have another that I'm setting up to use on a track when I travel to NYC to visit my family.

Thanks again.
