Yeah, the losi alpha is a great body, although the plastic seemed a little thinner than most. Did anyone ever try the losi lexus is300? Im looking at getting one

I will try it for sure. I really like the Alfa on my R40, heaps of steering and stability. In fact I was running it on a large track (180+ foot straightaway) and it was awesome. Some people told me it pushed with the large rear wing but I had tonnes of steering. I found the mazda loose and lazy entering turns.

With the Losi Alpha, how tall do you cut the rear wing? Or do I just start hacking away untill it feel good?

Has anyone tried Protoforms Vauxhall Astra BTCC? I have the DTM version and have been running it for a time (feels very planted and stable), but it's not legal here so i bought a BTCC instead.
I will try and compare BTCC Astra with Alfa 2.1 the next weekend but i'm searching for some thoughts of it before that

I Have the Original Stratus. and the Losi Alfa. I dont see much differnce in the two. I like the original stratus alot. To bad the stopped making it. Got a Mazda now. Will see how it works in a week or two. If it like the stratus the I will love it. I hated the stratus 2.0. Or whatever the 2nd version was.

I always cut the wing just a little lower than the roof line to
make sure the car passes tech.

jwf_frani, thanks. That is where I cut it, but it had a ton of push compaired to my orginal stratus. But then I didn't try any changes with the setup.
