I think you'll find it is a rebranded NEO.

He's talking about a touring car.

The Neo that was a copy of a Serpent I think was called an Attack or something like that, it was a 235mm car not a 200mm and yeah it did have Serpent on but made out of crap material.

Neo was the Testway Model Company but I believe HPI brought it so now you see what was once a Neo sold as a Hot Bodies car (HPI).

They weren't a good car then and they still aren't. I think the original Neo (now Tornado) was called a T21.

It doesn't have serpent stamped on the plastic parts, lol

I owned a couple, and they are good cars for the price.

They are stamped 'NEO'

I belive NEO has changed from Testway to another company (I know the chinese, but not the english)...then to HPI

The T21 was not bad at its time, it still competed with the mtx-2 and the impluse at the time with decent results.

In it's day out here it got some resonable results with a few guys but it was just too fragile, as most early tourers.

One guy on this forum won the Nats in Aust with it in a very modified state, but I'm sure even he'll say there wasn't must competetion.

yah, it was quite a bit fragile. But, it does have the pivot ball suspension even before the impulse!

In Canada, it also won a major race as well. Overall, it wasent too bad of a car, but according to today's standards, it just has no chance
