well duh.

Did I really have to say "the diffs hold up fine under race-loads" not "modified lets-see-what-fits loads"?

The TC3 is an electric car it uses 190mm. The Ntc3 is a nitro car it uses 200mm. Most 1/10 scale nitro onroad cars use 200mm bodies

Pass you soon...

Does anyone know if a stock fuel tank will work with the K factory chassis? The K factory low profile tank on mine cracked. I don't have a stock tank to compare.

Default Beef up the Diff

I am trying to beef up the diff on my NTC3 aswell.. put a OS.12TZ in it and I am very worried the diffs will not hold up..

I have them shimmed and wanted to but a spool in the front.. but I don't think the plastic gears in the diff can handle it..

Has anyone actually put a steel gear set in the diff?? Nitrohouse doesn't have one..

There was a option years ago which recomended putting just the steel gear on the diff and not the drive shaft pinion leave it plastic..as it would wear to fast with them both being steel..

So has anyone got any diff upgrades they have done.. I would even replace the whole diff it it works with something else. A sealed diff would be awsome.. or should I just get the standard diff an keep it shimmed... its just so hard to get too all the time..

Cheers
