Smile type of kit

Folks, someone gave me an old kyosho rc nitro kit that still runs well. When I was running the car, it somehow went out of control and hit a car wheel. The front shock tower got broken. Problem is, I don't have a manual for this kit and also don't know what type of kit I have. So that I could replace/order the damage part. I have pics here, if anyone recognize this kit, I sure appreciate your help knowing what type it is. The engine is a GT .15, I think. tnx.

Looks like a Tamiya car from the shock positions, the blue fuel tank lid, and the muffler.

The lower chassis have a kyosho name marked on it. Regarding the engine installed in the pix, its not the original. I replaced it with an OS max 12cv. Here is the pix of the engine.

It's a Kyosho,...

shares the same layout w/ the newer FW04 (already old right now,... and the new racer FW05R,...

I dunno how it called, but I think it's in the same era of FW04 Superten, only smaller (the 1/10 version),... I have one lying somewhere,... might restore it

will try to look if I still ahve a manual for it

Default haha! it's a gp10!

this is my first rc car! it's a kyosho gp10,the owner of this car did also what i did in this car.. he converted this car to "pureten scale" i did this also so i can race with my friends with their 200mm cars 3 yrs ago(since i haven't bought a v1rr yet hehe) originally this car has a "superten" size.he changed the suspension arms to make it narrow.the shocks and fuel tank he used was the one from the tamiya tgx. i got mine with a 2speed tranny.i still kept da box and manual with me.this is kyosho's first nitro touring car.u can't find parts for these sad to say.. but u can use these parts from the superten:
-diff
-diffgears
-joints
-2 speed
try rebuilding this car..it's easy.dnt strip the threads! u can't find a brand new bulkhead for this car..if only i have a digital cam..i can show you my gp10.

cheers.

ian

I really appreciate all the inputs guys. Very helpful.

Ian, Can I also replace the front shock tower from a superten? It broke right at where the left shock is screwed. The car also don't have differential gears on the front as well as dogbones to make it 4WD. I would like to get these parts to complete the kit. Do you know of a website where I can get a copy of the manual for this kit? Do you race at speedzone or capitolyo?
