Angry futaba 3pks adjuster

How do i use the adjuster in futaba 3pks. every time i try to set, i get a failed. does anybody know an easy way. my throttle trigger is not working so maybe setting it back to factory settings will work. I've tried it and my neutral always starts at over 260. please help it's been 4 days and no luck. ready to throw it out the window.

With a reading of 260, you have a bad throttle pot. Time to send it in for service.

I acually took apart My 3PK, removed the throttle pot and readjusted it back to nuetral, while hooked up to the display so I could see the readings while I twisted it.
Reason was I couldn't get a Tekin speedo to calibrate, has been working fine for a year now, probablly should have sent it back to Futaba, but I'm stubborn and like to tinker with stuff, and I had my old JR R1 as back up if needed, Ran all last season with it, NT1 and 007sedan.

PM me if you want more info.

I guess i'm stubborn too because i took mine apart too but didn't think about trying to adjust till i close it up and by then i did not want to open again because of the hassle. I sent it back and waiting for respond from them.

This is the new, more professional screen name! Nigel in the Navy? Who would have thought that!
