MTX-3 vs. HPI R40!
 

Everybody wantrs to know which car will finish in the top 5 the most this year..opinions ppl??

I think that the r40 has the mtx-3 in handling but and far a stable car,the mtx-3 has it in that field

The MTX-3 is better in all aspects. Handling, durability, weight.

dollar for dollar.. r40 BUT OVERALL MTX3..:nod: :nod: :nod:

you forgot to mention that out of the box the MTX-3 is ready to go. The R40 has to be upgraded a bit to be competitive. The R40 does not come with a one way either.

Not at all. The new 2004 spec R40 is far better value than the MTX3. Biggest problem is that R40 2004 may or may not make it to the US.

both cars have good and bad but i think MTX-3 is hard to beat. also i thought we are debating which car will win more not which is cheaper $$..

Ahh..Ford verses Chevy.. Mugen verses R-40... Think Driver has anything to do with it? Oh wait,! Iv'e got 4 Mugen's... 3 MTX-3's and a MRX-3... If my opinion matter's Id say Mugen's rock !!!! But Im not a very good driver so i guess Im just taking up space...hehe... Kisse's.. R.

Baxter have you driven the 710 yet? (I just saw the in transit phrase..)Well any hoo..I am familer with the Serpent's. I bought 2 of them and built one, worst kit I've ever built.. All the part's were not in the bag's as per the instuction's said and I, ( hubby) had to hand fit some part's.. Well after all that I drove it. Not being biased, I liked the 710 so much that I sold my unoppened kit, and is mailing the used one to a friend in Australia.. (Hi Sparksy..).. So once again to each his own... And once again Im taking up space... R.

yep.....and the good part is,if you don't like the current car(or if it needs new part revisons,tuning strategys,springs,..and all in all REALLY SHOWS TWO years of testing)...

they'll be a new version in 3 months.......:rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes:
