The only thing about the Yoks is they only come in 24, 26, and 32mm. I need 28's and 30's.

Does anyone know what the TRC colors equate to in numerical shore values? Like TRC Plaid, Magenta, Purple, Dbl Purple...etc. Also, I just picked up a set of Ellegis that have multiple rings. 2 in the front and 3 in the rear. Am I wrong? I know the compounds are the same compared to the new Yok multirings that have different compounds in each ring.

The rims don't have to be 30, they can be 32 as well. the rule book has an error and ROAR acknowledged that prior to last years nats. FWIW, nobody was running 32's at that race. The only people running anything besides 26/28 were a couple of Yokomo team guys with prototype a-arms, dogbones, and a couple of other things to narrow the rear of the car who were running 30's and they were in the legal 200mm width. These parts are now available to the masses but at the time they weren't.

This does not mean ROAR won't change it's mind and throw up a new rule change within the next 30 seconds because this has happened before too. The modification to the .12 crank rule comes to mind.

BTW, there was a "rumor" cycling around last year that Mike Queller was DQ'ing people for running 32's at his home track in Texas after this decision was made. Upon further investigation, he had DQ'd them for going over the 200mm width and the 32mm tires happened to be what did it.

I don't think you can....otherwise you would be by-passing the distributer in your area.....manufacturers and distributers normally don't like that!

Aren't the wheel hex sizes different?? Why would you want to run monster truck wheels anyway???

Not the newer version of super ten, but the older one... uses the same hex nut... trying the fronts... and retrofiting the rear...

It's the wheel base I'm concerned about, not the size... in this case, size doesn't matter!

I get them from an online hobby shop based in HK. They are $14 + shipping.
