Brainteased, check out towerhobbies.com for the Kyosho V One products.

Hm... is it worth the extra $20 for the V One S model to avoid the primer problem?

Just take the VoneS 2 model as theres only one VoneS 1 avaiable in the NSX for 249. and NSX bodies are crap and with the primer you can always just take it out or something and seal it off or just get a VoneRR fuel tank for about 20 bucks in australia i think thats what they are worth. either way every says that are the same only a few upgrades from the Series 1. and of course you'd want something with more upgrades so take out the series 2 vones. good luck.

with pleasure mate just remember that with real cars series 1 always represents something new and series 2 are always models that have been researched on and reviewed and improved just like a holden commodore VL series 1 and series 2 and same as VN series 1 and series 2. Its not always the newer the model the better but in most cases it is! and all tanks that have a primer will eventually get a very tiny air leak! any brand car has that problem with a fuel tank primer. let us know how you go!

VoneS and VoneS 2 parts will be the same so you dont need to worry about parts availabllity for the VoneS s1 and dont go buy what tower hobbies have and dont have. go buy what your local hobby shop has but VoneS's will be around for a good long time! as the VoneS 2 is pretty recent i think.

another big diff with the lola v one s is the floating rear end - the same as wats on the rr which gives better down force and grip due to the body acting onto the upper arms rather than onto the chassis. i made this upgrade to my s and havent looked back

maybe I should consider the LOLA since I don't care about the shell hehe.

Btw, do these kits come with shock and gear diff oils ???
Or they must be purchased seperately ?
What other items must I purchase seperately that are required for assembly ?

Thanks.

yes you need the diff and shock oils as the ones in the kit are not for track use they are only for street bashing. some people say use 30,000 wt for the front diff and 10,000 for the rear yet some say 50,000 on the front and 10,000 on the rear. i have 30,000 on the front and 10,000 on the rear and will be changing to 50,000 on the front diff. or maybe even 70,000 dunno yet goto do my research another thing you should spend is the 2 speed as you will need it soon anyway so might as well get it cheap now from where ever your getting the VoneS kit from. and get a fail safe. it will save your day when your battery gets low or a frequency clash or if anything goes wrong with your radio gear your car will stop and not be out of control. apart from that i didnt get any extras. oh i also got extra diff gears/spider gears for each diff. so just ask for a extra diff gear set! thats about it i reakon ill let the others fill in what i missed out on.
