It's almost 10pm. Just got back to the hotel. Results, photos, etc., etc., will be posted over the next three days. I'm taking tonight off though.

Fantastic race, good people, great (but very hot) weather, and the overwhelming number of people left with smiles on their faces.

Results for top 3 are:

1/10 Sedan: Ralph Burch, Josh Cyrul, Andy Power.
1/8 GT: Mark Rodney, Scott McNish, Joaquin DeSoto Sr.
1/8 Masters: Skip Starkey, Rick Davis, Mark Sweeney
1/8 Open: Paul Ciccarello, Ralph Burch, Jason Conley

Bigjez, that white car *was* the Serpent GT.

There will probably be two sets of images posted, one with many hundreds of images that people can download from, and one with only the images that came out the way I like.

I'd suggest that anyone who wants to see all the images both now, and during the upcoming World Championship events in Homestead, take out a Backtalk account on SGRID before the end of September. Accounts are free until then, and don't expire when the system goes back to paid sign-ups.

Videos for now will be uploaded to www.youtube.com/startinggridmagazine.

Loran, Emily and I had a great time again this year at the GLC. A big thanks to all the Toledo crew. Nice job! I have to thank Mugen Seiki USA for the cars and support, Max Power Engines/RC America for the great power, sticky BSR Tires and Speedworldraceway.com. Special thanks to Billy for the 8th scale setup. The car was sooo much fun to drive.

I just wanted to thank everyone that helped me out this past week, there are too many to list! But I do want to say a huge thank you to Rick Davis and Josh, with out their help, I would not have had as good of a result as I did. I still say that Mark sabotaged my car in the main by making be run over that air filter and making it get stuck in the wheel......... Even though I ended up a lap down, that had to be the most fun racing I have had in a very long time. My congrats to Mark!

I had wished more GT's would have come out though.

I can give you Loran's. Her car was good but she flamed out once and that was that. I will PM you later today with it.
