Capricorn Distribution
As of right now there is no USA distribution, but i can say it is being spoken about and it will be worked out soon. Hopefully product will be stateside before the season kicks off here in the states.
As for the motors, yes the Capricorn motors are all Sirio based motors designed by Andrea Rossi. Toso has told me, out of all the 200mm cars he has driven, the LAB-C01 has been the best, as you can see by the performance here in Fort Myers. The Capricorn tires are Matrix foam, but with a carbon rim. The carbon rims look sweet and are also a little stiffer and more durable then the white nylon rims every other manufacturer uses. Patrizio can speak more about the product as he is the owner of Capricorn RC. Christian |

holy shit!!!! i checked the website and it said $820.00. but i thought that was just retial, not the actual price... damn... :(
|
the car looks great but not 800 worth.. id buy one for sure if it was around 500
|
If i'm correct the $800 includes 19% of VAT (sales tax).
For orders outside of Europe this will be deducted. The price is somewhat higher as most cars because it pretty much includes every option you ever want to throw at it. It is extremely lightweight, comes with Titanium screws, ceramic bearings. It is a car for serious racers, not for bashers. And most serious racers will put around $100-200 worth of options in their car anyway, so I think the higher price tag is justified. The bad thing is, that I have a brand new NT1 EC and 09 sitting here, otherwise I would be going for the Capricorn car. |
Extremely nice looking car. Let's see who will be the US ditributor. It definitely has peak my curiousity.
Pass you soon... |
