Default Stinky...

We all know the saying "Opinion's" are like a_sho_e's, everybody's got one and they usally stink. We'll except mine..hehe.. Iv'e owned both the 710 and the Mtx-3 and decided to pack up the Serpent and ship it to Sparksy, (The snake handler..)I just liked the way the Mugen drive's and the duribility has proven it self over and over. So It really depend's on you. The G4 is great and youll learn to adapt to the car which is what good driver's do. Just take your time and follow what you feel most comfortable with. With powerplant's make sure you don't go over board. Get what you can afford and drive the hell out of it.My first motor was a o.s. .12tr and a year later ive got a novarossi ns 12.s3. Ive become a better tuner and driver, but ive graduly upgraded. You can't go wrong with the option's you have, just remember it's not about cash or flash. Your not competing with the Jone's es, It wouldn't look good if ,say a girl who was running a o.s. .12 out-ran you with a high power italian motor in your car. (just for instance.) Please don't take it peronal.) AMGMAN, whatever you decide, there is alway's someone on this fourm who can help you with set-up and mod's. If I can be any help let me know..I hope iv'e been informitive and neutral at the same time.. Well i guess in reality i cant ..I own 4 mugen's.... kisse's. R.

FreeFall,

I am going to test both out today and durability is a big thing for me. I know that the mugen is very tough, and the serpent has it's weak spots. The 710 seems like a good car for me, becuase parts are really obtainable to me......I think that the Serpent, when it's gets more upgrades, is going to beat the mugens at IFMAR and major ROAR regulated races. That is just my opinion.
I know how everyone is telling me to try them out, and today, there is a high probablity that I am going to try both out. Again, I will post after I test the two.

Its not the car (30%), it is the driver`s finger (70%) that takes the brand to its podium... escpecially serpent motorsport who should be desperately need quicker drivers.

If you are talking about the car only.. here is the example, recent winternats.. S835 got beaten by (7 years old?) Mugen Advance.

As for standard novarossi engine.. get RR12L5/L3 or you will regret same price
