Hi Bishop,

Not to sure if it will fit but give Joe or Brad a call at JPM Racing Joes the importer into Australia for Edam he will be able to give you the sizes and the cost for one.

The website jpmracing.com.au/

Cheers Michael

HI guys,

I just wanted to ask how you go with edam's spirit clutch and maybe you have some tricks on how you make it smoother.

Or else if you use another different clutch ?

thanks in advance for your help

Hi Matthew

The edam clutch is good, i personaly use a capricorn v1rrr clutch on my edam. What i did try is by using 9 grub screws in the fly weights it made the clutch alot more aggresive and nicer to set everything else is standard spring etc.

Cheers Michael

Michael,

Thanks for your help and advise. I also have a capricorn v one rrr clutch but i cannot find the correct setting. For example yesterday I tried to get it right for 50 mins in the track then finally i got it right. But the first punch is not there, the car takes long to pick up acceleration.

I tried to tighter the spring again but then it started slipping on low revs, i had really to ref the engine to engage but that is no good

Since you are using it any help from your end ?

My engine is an RB T9 RC

Thanks for your help in advance

If you set it up as per the instruction you shouldnt have an issue, what i did notice is you have any of the settings wrong the clutch will not work properly. Which shoe are you using ?

i'm using the green one i have this best so far.

sorry i couldnt be more help but i havent had any issues with mine since i made sure the settings were correct.

I'm also using an RBT9rc.

Cheers Michael

Hi Matt,

Also happy new year, well done on the T10 for me it would take a lot to move away from RB as the support in Australia is excellent.

Have you done anymore running with your edam of late ???

How did you end up going with the capricorn clutch did you get it sorted ???

Hi Mike,

Hope you are good. Yeah I raced the car 2 times from last time and took 2 victories homes, 1 = 2nd place and the other 3 rd place. I was leading to the 2 races but then at the last lap I paniced and flip over the car with the last corner

I have another small problem. The car is simply not getting free when youmove it. The bearings are superb , new belts all round , brake free

Can you give me an advice on how to get the car more free?
