ne1 try the 200m mazda 6 body yet?
what do you think compared to a
stratus version 1 or 2 ?
Does it have as much rear traction as the stratus does?

From experience, I found that it is great with the 190mm...I am assuming it will give great rear traction like a stratus like it did when I ran both in 190mm...Personally I would go with an Alfa or G35 200mm if it is available.

i thought its the wing that does all the rear traction work

i love the Alfa wing but the mazda 6 wing is not that bad too with 3 mounting screws to hold it. the stratus 2 length is up to 185mm but the Mazda reach to 190mm like the Alfa 2.

Hi there... According to some of the guys in the know... The Mazda 6 handles very much like the Stratus 2.1.

Default Mazda 6

I have been running the 200mm Mazda 6 for a while now, and I can say it is Very fast, handle like a Alfa 2.1, but drives faster than that good old trusty Stratus! You will not be dissapointed.

At the preworlds almost all the top pilots were runing the Mazda 6 body ...
some of them from the begining, some of them testing it ...

The Mazda 6 body is now my favorite (used to be Stratus 2.1) The 6 is super planted compared to the stratus 2.1.

Yea, the recent so called Asean race held in Kuching SArawak Malaysia, the TQ guy from Australia, Andrew Abbot, used the mazda 6. Same goes to Luis. On the final he lead by...check this 4 LAPS. he just use 3 port Picco while the rest Nova max 5 port...all modified. Minus that he's indeed a good driver, the body do indeed play the important factor here.

Now, if only i got the day off...i'll be on the track with my new Mazda 6 body

Would like to know how you guys made it "legal" since I heard that the wing measurements were off...

If i not mistaken, they only checked the width at 40mm but not the length...(not like us in recent KKIIR'04). Most of the racers race the mazda 6 & the Alfa 2...except us KK'ians...all stratus 2 or Titans.
