Default Rims

I have had a few nasty hits on the G.QRims, and I am happy to report no bent or broken rims! Hell they hardly even chunk when you bump into barriers!

Default Re: Rims

I got GQ through my friend's connection and have got to admit that this tire is so damn great! Inexpensive and tough. Somehow, I just don't have luck with other brands.

Default G.Q Tire Performance

Well I ran at a local track this weekend and noticed a few more G.Q Tires!I spoke to everyone who was runing them and they all had great things to say.
One driver had such a bad day, he broke 3 steering knuckles, but was able to use the same tire all day these wheels are really strong!
I myself checked my tires after every run and found that they were wearing evenly front to rear and side to side. The MTX-3 seems to like these tires, I cant wait to try them out at the Texas Biggie!

Right now there is no better tire and rim combo. The quality is unmatched. If you use the washered serpent wheel nuts you will never bend a wheel. It just does not happen no matter how hard you hit something with them

Motorman, I found also that the washered wheel nuts "straightens" slightly bent rims.

Nomore washered nut.
The last batch we received is about the same with others nylon nut. Except no nylon, only knurled to hold better on the rims.

Are they really not making them anymore or is it just a shortage?
