Default Servo Suggestions (MRX4X)

So I am working towards building up my MRX4X for the spring racing season and so far I have the car, engine, pipe, and header.

Now for the electronics.

What is desired specs for steering and throttle speed and torque wise? Was thinking about a JR Z9000S for the steering as its speed is SUPER fast at .06/60 degrees @ 6V. But its toque is only 128 oz/in @ 6V. Is this enough grunt for the steering at high velocity where dowforce is high?

Also what about throttle? Any suggestion on spec standard there for racing conditions?
