IS This servo any good
I was looking for a low budget high torque servo and found this:

My steering is whack so this has double the torque of my previous servo so is this any good?

If this is for your HPI RS4-3, you might be happier with the Hitec 625MG. I've never used Hobbico nor would I buy one. I think the Hitec is a great "budget" servo. If you really need more torque, the 645MG has more torque but less speed for the same price.

Smoke21;
The Hitec 600 series servos are indeed a bargan for the performance vs price (as my good buddy Rod B suggests).
Some people though (like myself) have had frequent problems with theirs, so MY recommendation is to also check out servos from the other major manufacturers.
I would stay away from the off brand (cheepo) servos. They work fine in Airplanes, but Cars are harder on them and they will fail prematurely (trust me).

Brandname servos
I've never had a problem wiht Hitec servos, although I won't buy any of their receivers again. They are generally in the same price range as the off brand but last longer and the trade off [speed v torque] isn't bad.

These are both great quality, and just as cheap.
