The NTC3 is doing very well as a ready to run nitro car.

Associated hasn't updated the car in 5 years, while companies like Mugen, Serpent, and X-Ray have about 3 generations of updates since then.

I raced it for three years. It was a good starter car. But broke very easy. You cant hardly touch any barrier without breaking something. Cant count how many pipes and fuel tanks I broke. Never had a RTR it was the FT. I used a nova rossi engine and I could get 2 or 3 race days out of the diffs. Not the balls, the ring and pinion gears would wear out. The pipe stinger sticks out past the left side tires if you brush the wall GOOD BY STINGER. The car always felt better on full tank of fuel. When the tank is nearly empty its really unbalanced and turns much better to the right than left. Keep the car low. 58 or 59 mm tires.
