A tip for dogbones/cvd shafts. Check them regularly for twisting. If you look down there length, you can see where the pins are either still inline or if they have started to twist. I've seen titanium dogbones twist to almost 90 degrees before they snap so I would change them at 45 degrees. Also, keep them on the same side of the car. If you try to twist them the other way, they just snap faster.

I have no idea how capricorn's do. Maybe they don't twist at all, maybe they will twist a good bit before failure but keep an eye on them.

You sure it's not just some camera trick showing the guy's hand with the car in the background.

I'm more interested in seeing some video of the car outside.

It's for sure not a trick.
He's a member of my club and started driving RC cars two years ago with a Kyosho FW-05, then switched to a RRR last year and now drives a Capricorn LAB-C01.
He also attended last years German Championships and KWC Superfinal...
I tried is my self and I'm slower with only one hand :-)

Racing outside is a bit diffucult...we have nearly 10cm of snow outside...so actually we prefer racing indoor ...

We have to wait until March or April for some outdoor shots...

Martin!

Ich mach nur spass mit den Daumen! Meine Mutti ist in Berlin bis 22 Januar, dann kommt sie nach Hause nach Hawaii. Sie hat auch den 10cm Schnee.

Happy New Year! I hope it's an early spring for you so you can get outside.

for the inizial setting of the front belt you have 2 chance
because for the only one position of the screw you can turn the middle shaft mount or down or up(eccentrical piece) down is loose up is tight

How long ago did you swap the NT1 for the capricorn? And how is it compared to xray's fit and finish and quality of the parts?
