Jamie, yeah its a bit weird its not growing in the US as an entry class. It was somewhat popular for a bit, then crickets. But with 1/8 IC struggeling a bit too, it is to be expected.

You have a P8C.

Thanks for sharing 1/8 IC FAN, we are having another national race this coming weekend, with 58 nitro and 16 brushless.

We have the 1/8 IC worlds here in California later this year, It should bring a pretty big resurgence to the 1/8 open class in our state. I will also have my 2wd nitro pan car and my Buri-Racer there for show. I'll never give up but it's a bummer they just sit on the shelves. maybe after I sell off my other house I'll make a trip overseas and race with you guys.

we also have the KO race (June 26-30) coming up at Steel City in Fontana, (where the worlds will be) , and the driver count so far is 56 open, 39 masters and 12 sportsman for 1/8 open. Pretty darn good showing

Yeah it was a good running from the pre-worlds as I saw with the limited coverage. I really hope Swauger, Burch, Kimbrough and Cyrul make it out this year. Would be great to see Paul L. but I think thats wishful thinking.

It's still doing well in the midwest. We had 11 this weekend for the Midwest Series opener, with quite a few no shows. We're keeping it alive (though I do now own a 4WD chassis that I've yet to run).
