which is better hobao hyper gpx4 or cen ct5??????????
im think of buying the either a hobao hyper gpx4 rtr or a cen ct5. Which car would be better based on performance (speed and acceleration)

for reliability drivability and some track racing hobao gpx4, i think that the ct5 would be faster on a straight line, but not sure though.

Undoubtedly gpx4 Because cen ct5 comes with a .15 engine so it does not can enter into official races while with the gpx4 you can get because it cames with a .12 engine, and with the gpx4 you can do more upgrades, such as placing parts in carbon, making the car more competitive.

i know the cen can go up to 70+mph but how fast could the hobao go would it be near that. Also by the way im not planing to race either of them.

i think stock about 60Km/h with some gearing changes and a better motor, i think it wil go faster

also if im not racing it wouldnt matter about the legal size engine limit for the cen. Still undecided!!!!!!!

You are right on the engine thing. If you just want to run down the road or with some friends both cars you would be happy with. Both companies make good products. I think both cars are close to being equal as they come but there are more hop ups for the gpx4. However the cen has a better radio system. They also just released a new version of the ct5 it has a 5.0cc engine. they are claiming 90 mph........only for the experienced driver imo. I own a ofna product and they are good but between the two I honestly say I would go with the cen ct5, and at a club level it is competitive, so if you decided to check out racing you could do ok with it, and there are some hop ups available.
