Default Two easy newbie questions to answer...

1. I've always thought a full turn on a needle is like going around a clock once, 360 degrees, correct?

And

2. The spit test, do you do it on the top of the cooling head, or the glow plug part? Cause the glow plug is a lot hotter.

3. What do you use for after-run?

1. for the most part, you are correct; one full turn is 360 degree. but it can be for clockwise and counterclockwise

2. i think most people use the heatsink head. my suggestion is save up some money for a temperature gun; the onboard units are cheaper but the temp guns are not that much more expensive and much more accurate and convenient. just remember that the temp gun is a guide for the ballpark running temp. actual running temp depends on various condition related factors.

3. hobbico and pacer makes afterrun. but for the money go with marvel mystery oil. just as good and much more bang for the buck.
