Default Help choosing a car kit?

Hey,
A local RC racing club has started a monthly racing series that races onroad cars. So, I have decided that I want to buy myself a touring car. Now the question is which one to get?

The car will be raced maybe a couple times a month so I probally wont need a pro car. Just a car to take out and be competive in the club racing series. I wont need an RTR because I already have a JR XR3 and good servos to drop in and if need be I have a Picco Teal Head .12 to drop in as well.

I was thinking of getting an OFNA LD3 Pro because it seems to be a pretty good kit. Is this a good car? How competitive and durable is it?

What other cars would suit my needs? The racing will be parking lot racing so will be a belt drive car work?

Thanks.

I love my Mugen MTX 3, do some research on that if you want... other cars include Serpent 710, Associated NTC3, Kyosho V One RR, Trinity G4, Trinity Reflex NT Team Only, HPI R40... and more
