Default Installing flywheel

When tightening the flywheel on the shaft. How much should I crank it down? How far into the tapered collet must it be?

When tightenign the flywheel, the top of the collet should be flush with the opening on the flywheel hole. If not, then you may not have the right size collet for that Fly wheel. Once one the flywhen should not spin freely either.
