I have never tried BSR tires.
Do you have a name of a shop where you purchase them from?
Do you know if they use a one piece foam?

thanks

BSR is sold I think exclusively at his website, gasrccar.com (winners circle) which stocks serpent, kyosho and mugen stuff. I find some rare gear there every once in a while.

I can't think of a rear that is one piece of foam honestly, but I don't race 8th scale much so I could be missing some little known brands out there.

Stick to the majors, ATS (Twister), Kyosho, Enneti, Matrix.. Those are the tires winning national and world races. Splitting may be a characteristic from your track, there is one track in Austin that is a roughly paved asphalt parking lot with some cracks in it, and I will split a front tire there on the seam (sedan) probably one in every 3 visits and then never see another one again.

Mike Swauger was so fast at nats this year that he had time to switch tires (Enneti) and still finish almost a lap up. I don't believe anybody else changed tires for the hour main, Toledo is the best wearing high traction track I have been to though.
