Default 31mm rear tires? Sources of Wheels?

I race on a bumpy- un treated parking lot and the good nitros use rubber tires.....the treaded HPI 31 in the back and 26 in the front.

I found the 31 HPI treaded tires on their site, but they don't make 31 wheels.

Who makes 31mm rear wheels that I could mount the HPI tires?
I don't want some trashy chrome stuff, they chip and flake from minor bumps.

I know the east coast boyz run foams, but foams just don't work on this track.

Thanks in advance
bill

Ellegi makes a good rubber tire that works really good on a rough track the part # is ELLEVX33B they distrubuted by serpent u.s.a and they come already mounted and glued for about $17.00. I used this tire for a while and it performed really good. they are 26mm in width.

Default 31mm rear tires

Hey, Ducati -Rider - Check out the tower hobbies website they have a new hpi rim that fits the 31mm tire. Hpi style # 3570, tower style # LXM911. But the bad thing is its chrome. CRC has 35mm mounted foam tires.

How many 31mm wheels are you looking for? I have HPI white, 3 spoke for sale.4 wheels new, but out of bag, and 8 pair, NIB.
If you're interested. lemme know.

Default 31mm tires

Ducati-Rider - Go to hpi 's website and look under discontinued wheels and you will find a bunch of rims. I hope they have the ones you are looking for in stock.

Default RS4 3 SS wheel/tire options

What are some good "parking lot" wheel/tire combos i can use.

I think the stock setup is 26mm....could I run 31mm on the rear...and 26mm on the front?

It seems that a wider wheel would provide more surface for the car to grip....is that correct?

thank you

ROAR made the change in the rule, to 31 mm rear tire width because the nitro TC foams, out of the box measure more than 30mm but less than 31mm.

Hey....you are the Sugarbowl champion..nice.

I am in Snellville, and I want to get up to Sugarbowl and practice on the track, as I am new to the nitro scene. When is a good time to go up and practice? I went there on a Saturday, a while back, and they race off-road then...will the let you run a nitro on the road track then?
