Default Help Removing pilot shaft

Hi fellas,

I am having trouble removing the pilot shaft off an OS12cvx
I even managed to break one of the pins on the flywheel

I have removed it once before, but don't rememeber how..

Any help will be appreciated.

i use a glow plug spanner, it fits perfect, but some pilot shafts are different. what car is it in? if its a HPI RS4 then the glow spanner is fine.

I usually hold on to the flywheel with vice grips and turn the pilot shaft with a glow plug wrench. That is if its an RS4.

thanks.. I did use a glow plug wrench/ but had to use a vice ..
