most important tool to do a MOD....

in my case... just buy MADE IN CHINA DREMEL... hehehehe...

at least it can go 32000 rpm.... and it has speed controller for the rpm... from 5000rpm to the max 32000rpm.

THEN... lets get started....

You race a JP at the winternats this year and we will see which is faster Don't get me wrong JP makes great engines, but they are more mildly tuned than mine. O.K enough with the engine talk lets race. See you at the Ft. Sunday.
Wow ... that was a bold open challenge. I would race you if I could (if you are over this side of the pond some time ...) and/or I would buy your engines if I could too.

Wish I was a master. I leave that bit to the others on the forum (Motorman, Topgun, Grinder, etc). I am merely a intermediate student

You got it pretty well laid down. Be prepared to destroy several engines while experimenting. If you are planning on experimenting with your own cuts then i would suggest the following system.

Dont go banzai and digging in with the dremel. Use small gentle movements each time and only alter one thing at a time.

Take note if the change helped the performance or not. Then move onto the next modification. When the performance drops off then start with a new component and work back to the last step that worked. Then try something else. While learning you will most likely destroy several Sleeve's, cranks etc... Find a good online or off-line manual that explains the best rpm to have the dremel at for each type of modification and tool.

What you put there is fairily right, beside where is explanation for one of the cuts was done on your pics. Any explanation? Anything? Very small one!!!!!

Not yet lah

Just couldn't stay away for the few minutes I had on line

Travelling is real bad ... tiring, smelly hotels etc. Can't wait to get back and continue assembling my car.
