Default Nitro engine locked - please help.

I posted for some help in the boating section on here but had no luck. My problem is that I have a nitro engine from a kyosho jet stream 1000. It was last ran about 10 years ago, but after-run engine oil was applied before storage. I thought this would protect the engine and keep it in good standing...I guess not for 10 years though. Can this engine be salvaged? Should I open it up to see if I can clean it? It simply is locked and wont turn, even with the glow plug off. Any suggestions much appreciated.

Open it and let it soak in dieselfuel.

Is there any other options? I have very small children around.

get a heat gun out and heat it up to about around 150c-200c take the cooling head off before hand and get some lube in and around the piston, watch out cause it will all get very very hot use some oven mits etc thats about all you can do. good luck

you can also soak the engine in nitro fuel and that will degum it. I use a little bucket with a lid so nothing can get into the fuel.
