I have been very, very happy with my Ofna 10257 starter box.

I just ordered the ofna too and it seems like 90% of starter boxes are ofna's are my local track.

I, too, use Ofna starter boxes. I would suggest getting the one that has the big 12V motor that sticks out the side. It's got plenty of grunt to turn over the high compression engines.

Get the one with 12V Big motor and 12V gel cell! you wont regret! besides if you decided to go 1/8 scale on or off road you can use it too!

another option is the thunder tiger starter box. It has one big motor 750. Have been using it for 3-4 years in my 1/10 class and
has never let me down.A good starter box if you can still find it.

Fully agree, the Hudy Starbox is the best around at the moment. Just one big engine, small in size and light. Combined with two "Tamiya style" LiPo's it will start every engine, even when it is not pre-run

That type of box will bend the chassis.

I hope you are joking, if not you need a harder chassis-plate
