Default LRP Engine

Hi all.

I will start nitro on road soon and using serpent 720'08. And question about engine. I will using LRP engines but it's 2 different version avaible. Spec 3 and newest Spec 4. Are you guys using this engines? What about fuel millage and what version use. 3 or 4. Think Spec 4 is newest and better but maybe i'm wrong.

Thank's orzel24

I'm running the LRP 12R spec3 on my 733 and i'm amazed by how it runs. After a 15min raced it was temping at 224 F and didn't seem to be running rich at all the power was there.

Sorry but nope. All LRP ZR Team engines were made by Picco. Spec II, Spec III and Spec IV.
The Race engines are made by SH.

JAK SIE MASZ KOLEGA?

I'm running a JP racing pipe EFRA 2601 I'm getting 6:05 mins with a 75ml fuel tank.

NPL POZDROWIENIA

Last race my 733 was the fastest on the straight with the LRP. I was told by a guy who was using a radar gun. I remember one of the guys had a os spec II engine one of those $400 engines. Maybe we had different gearing but still....

WSZYSTKO SUPER KOLEGO Z CHICAGO, POZDROWIENIA Z POLSKI

I can't anywhere find the 2601 pipe. Where can I buy it? Maybe other pipe will work good?
Price and quality of LRP engines is so great. I'm using now ZR.21X in buggy and its great engine. Hope I will be satisfied of Z.12R

I had a LRP ZR Team Spec 3, with the VTec inscription on the crankcase, and I can asure you it is made by Picco, with clse specs toa Picco Evo 2 edo tuned. I also had Picco Evo2 Edo tuned, and most parts are interchangeable, also had JL Red dot and parts are also interchangeable....Stefan is correct.

the specs written for original picco is pre shim 0.6mm for 25%. for your weather condition i think its ok with 0.5mm
