Tech Adept
I use Associated Stealth diff lube and I clean, relube and recheck the airgap on my centax every race.
I have since switched to a 3 shoe clutch and I am MUCH happier. Less damaging engagement, easier to drive on low to marginal traction surfaces, applies the power very smoothly and best of all... NO removing the clutch every race for maintainance!

I use that purple stuff that Trinity has. It's very sticky silicon grease that won't fling off as quick as other stuff...

both paris green grease or loctite 8191(this one use by edo picco) works great.
Personally prefer locite 8191 as its easier to apply (spray) and it sticks the metal as it dries in few seconds, doesnt atract dust, a kind of coating, not conventional grease, keeps as part of the metal. When you touch it dont get your fingers dirty, as if you were touching the thrust bearing without grease. Also use by picco and salven to lube the CVDs.

Ronnie grease is this green stuff that I think you can get at Ashford Hobbies . I have this stuff but like Stefan, prefer the Trinity Purple Stuff, it's much thicker and stickier and I think it stays on the bearing longer.
You should lube the outside bearing every raceday, and before the mains.

the trust bearing wont fail easily unless you have too much end play.

Any high temp molibdinum grease will do.
Tamiya, Mugen, Trinity, Paris they all sell it. You can get it a lot cheaper usually from specialty bearing shops just ask them for thrust bearing grease.
Cheers Alastair
