Help me chose a new motor please

Hey guy,

I was looking into buying a new motor for my tc3. I am not sure what motor to go with. I currently have a novarossi in my tc3 and it is great but it is coming time for rebuild. I live in Wichita, ks and we don't have a local on road track here anymore so the new motor would just be for parking lot fun. Not wanting to spend so much since i wont be doing any competition but would still love to have the acceleration and speed that my current novarossi top .12 hold. I was looking at the:

RB Concept junior 9

or the OS .18tz.

What do you guys think? or even if you have any motor that you recommend please let me know.

Thank You

The RB is a good choice. Also check out the JLR Picco.

I will lok into those motors. In everyone's experience, which is the best motor you prefer?

Go with the Picco Red Dot. If you put too much power on the TC3 you will spend more time rebuilding diffs than you will racing the car.

Nitro TC3

I have an O.S. .12 in mine. Plenty of power for the track with the two speed. Very reliable runs very cool. Also I saw that you live in Wichita. We are starting a racing club. I have about 4 other guys that are interested and we are starting to get the ball rolling. We possibly have a portable track or supplies to build one. Thinking about just going to random parking lots and setting up shop. Interested give me a shout 316-573-3522 or email [email protected]

RB T9

HI,

My thoughts after seeing the T9 in Australia go they fly for a factory modded engine and the Murnan Modified RBM3 is slightly quicker again i beleive. I myself have a T9 only due to the fact of the dollars the T9 is slightly cheaper than Murnan RBM3. There my thoughts but there are so many good engines on the market now I don't think you can really go wrong with whatever you purchase in the high end engines.

Cheers Michael :tire::nod::tire:
