Nope, not me. Things are looking tough for me to go anywhere at the moment but that can always change.

http://www.team-shepherd.com/en/inde...d=24&Itemid=48 This should get you started. Josh also has some setups for the car. I'll post the link soon.

Hello,

Let me know the type of track you will be racing on and I will post a setup that I would start with.

Default Clutch material?

What's the difference between the black, grey and white clutches? Would you generally use a harder clutch on a track with less traction, a smaller track or both?

@crafty:

The grey material is the standard one in the kit. It has a good balance between lifetime and grip. The black one is a little bit harder and has a longer lifetime. The white one is a little bit softer and has a shorter lifetime, but you can adjust the clutch a little bit more aggressive.

@fuse:

+4° toe-out is the total for both sides, so 2° on each side. In our download section you can find a setup of Daniele Ielasi in Leno. The track is medium sized and had medium grip. It's already a little bit old, but still a good setup. I would only add a little bit more camber in the rear.

Default 2011 Car

Hello Patrick,

Can you give us a hint on the changes for the 2011 car.

We have seen the rear end and sway bar mounting changes. What other changes can we expect?

Thank you,
Mark Sweeney

Dear Mark,

we plan to introduce the following major changes:

- new single-piece electronic mount with laid-down gas servo
- new flex system for the radioplate; it's not necessary to change the radioplate anymore
- new lower rear anti-rollbar with ball bearings
- new single piece upper wishbone bracket in the rear

Soon we will release some pictures!

Probably a upgrade kit will be available for those who don't want to buy a complete new car.

Best regards
Patrick

Patrick,

Thank you for the update. I would assume the parts would be available before the World Championships?

Thank You,

Is the new flex system similar to the CEFX upgrade?

What Pooh said. Also the bulkhead brace is nice though it looks like that will be eliminated on the 11 update.

Mainly, just stock up on those hingepins. It's not a design weakness, they are supposed to bend in a crash, allowing you to finish the race.
