I told you they were the same size last week.

And you call yourself a team driver.

Snowy "team" means to be a part of something and share information etc lol

At first i didnt see the need for bearings here but the bushings do create a bit slop so the bearings will solve this problem.

Which Racing Lines edition are you referring to; I haven't seen the October issue yet? I gave Anthony some pictures so he could report on the Brendale's SEQ Interclub meeting. There was a photo with Luke and TK amongst them; could that be the one?

Kindest regards,
Lars.

Default Brake issues

hey guys

I am having some minor issues with an inconsistent brake.

Has anyone else experienced this and if so what have you done to cure it?

I found with the standard pads you had to drive around to get them warmed up then set them up as when they are cold they have a different brake characteristic

I have replaced my pads with the kyosho acre - same as the stock kyosho evolva pads they are a lot more consistent

Man, you guys in Florida have it good. We only have two more races left until it gets bitter cold and everyone has to get inside.

Anyways, I changed my tires from Twister 37/40's to Jaco 35/38's without changing anything else. It changed the handling of my car from lame understeer to undrivable oversteer . I know how it sounds like but I am actually a bit relieved that I don't have the understeering problem anymore that I've had to deal with for many weeks. Since I was using same rate springs front and back I think next weekend I'm going to try going one step softer in the rear and see how it changes the car.

Pip, yes, warm them up.. just like any brakes.. Also at the Aussie nats I realised that my pads were not perfectly aligned parallel and caused inconsistency as well.
