I had the same issue with my nt1. I put a .2mm shim in between the top deck and the servo saver. Haven't had an issue yet

A short vid clip of my G4RS 09 in action at yesterday's club race.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3-Dmyn3fso

I only placed 8th in the A-main, but considering the level of competition (we had two sponsor-level drivers, to give you an idea) there was, I think I'm happy with my A-main trophy .

But the 5 years old stock OS 12TZ I'm running (with bad compression to boot) really gotta go. Looks like I'm stuck with it for the remainder of the season though .

Default CF top deck relief for front belt.

Hi all,

I was assembling my 09 last week and did not like the interferance between the front belt and the top deck so I relieved it slightly with the dremel. Then I see Balestri's car at the euro's and notice a much larger relief than mine! Under acceleration this interferance should be minimal as this will be the slack side of the belt, different story under brakes.

Just a little tip for you guys when you next have the top deck off.

Wow, I like the track.

That is a long back straight and a tight midfield.

I bet the car only hits second gear on the straight-away.

Being completely new to Team Magic, I have a few questions:

1 - what pinion and spur gears are standard with the G4RS?
2 - what shock and diff oils are standard with the G4RS?
3 - is there a stock setup sheet anywhere?
4 - do TM make shock and diff oils, or do most use other brands?
5 - are there any clutch options for the TM? stiffer clutch spring? harder shoe?
6 - are there any anti-roll bar options (ie, thicker bar)?
7 - is there a TM spring chart anywhere? What are the standard shock springs that come with the car?

Did you even drive the new xray before you jumped ship again?????

Mate, I want to hold the world record of owning, building and driving every rc car available atleast once. In the space of 15 months, I have ticked off MTX-4, RRR Evo2, NT1 2009, and now G4

Hello Magic Men!

Does anyone know where I can find a roll out chart for the 09?

If not what sort of F/R split are you guys running?

TY all.
