Secondly, appreciate if someone could provide the diamension for the linkage bending.
If you have to shim it so there is no excess play then yeah i would do it too. Just make sure you don't put too many shims in so when it gets up to operation temp it wont bind. Also make sure your middle inside pulley is inline with the front diff pulley. If it's crooked your belt wear will be really bad, that's if they don't snap first

TM are pretty good in the fit and finish department so just make sure you have assembled everything correctly, i couldn't imagine that you should need too shim it but then again i don't have the new model so i'm only speaking from previous experiences from their older models

I just noticed this problem on my G4RS, both on the middle shaft and on the 2 speed shaft. I think a 0.3mm washer will get rid of the play nicely on both areas but I don't have any washers with ID of 6mm right now .

you can make your own shims from lexan, from the dna or stratus body, there's the part
from the tire taht you cut, is about 0.3mm
good luck

Ah, never thought about that. Thanks for the tip .

But I think I'm going to look for a proper metal washer first and resort to the lexan method as a last resort.

Got some Team Losi 6mm 0.20 shims today. 3 of those on the 2 speed shaft and just one on the middle shaft got rid of all the play. Can't wait until the weekend .

Lightbulb Answer to centrifugal clutch shoe.

Some of our customers have contact us regarding the centrifugal clutch shoe, please note that the shoe part number 504042 needs to be cut and the user can add weights to improve the clutch response. please view the image for reference below.

Best regards

I just weighed my new front diff with OFNA 120,000 wt oil. Complete with outdrives but without the pulley. 35 grams.

The spool, also with outdrives but without the pulley, weighed 20 grams.

I hope it's not too much of a weight penalty. I've always felt that a diff suited my driving style better than a spool. But I suppose the new tiny TM diff is as good as it gets .
