how do you tell how soft or how hard a foam tire is ? i have seen them refered as pink or green i have also seen numbers what does it all mean thank

The number scheme is 35, 37, 38, 39, 40, 42, 45, (these are the most common but there there may be a few more between 39 and 45) with 35 being the softest and 45 being the hardest. I don't remember the whole color chart and they vary a bit from manufactor to manufactor.

Most electric tires are rated with colors. Nitro tires are rated with numbers.

And the numbers can be messured wit a shore meter.

A Durometer is what your looking for. I believe Superioir hobbies still has some.:nod:
