Default V-One S 2-speed Problems

Can some one advise me?

I have a V-One S fitted with an OS12CVR and a 2-speed trannie.

I am having repeated failures with the one-way bearing inside the 1st gear spur. Basically, the car will accelarate to a point and then lose all drive. I have changed the one-way bearing and the sleeve it sits on a number of times. Each time, the car goes OK for a while and then I begin to have problems again.

Is this a known problem with the V-One S 2-speed? Am I doing something wrong?

Any help would be appreciated!

I've never had a problem with 1st gear, only with second gear..try and scuff up the sleeve with a bit of fine emery paper..
