Default Air Filter and Gas Cooler Advice

Hi there, i am looking for some advice for my new GRP.12 engine.

1) What is the best air filter for the GRP .12 Engine?

2) Are people using gas coolers between engine and exhaust? if so which is the best also?

Thanks

the best air filter is the one that can fit i would suggest to you the motorsaver air filter, as for the gas cooler i use one with some results, better fuel consumption. i use the novarossi gas cooler but i think whichever you get will be fine.

hi chubba, Nitro_Racer's advice works for my case too. i have GRP .12 mario rossi tuned engine too. it has a very good mileage but lack of punch generally.

if want to try nova gas cooler(in between tank and engine, more or less like a second fuel filter), u better tune yr engine slightly richer before u race tune it

the one u mention, between pipe and tank. i use Team C cooler.run time increase 5-15secs/tank, power wise no effect. once a month u need to use blower to clean the coolers internal.

hope this helps
