Thinner oil will make the rear tyre spin slower right ??

Reducing toe-in will not help you, instead it will make it worse (increase off-throttle oversteer) . Leave it 3 degrees.
As for the diffs: try running thinner oil at the rear diff or/and thicker oil at the front diff. As a general rule, when the rear end
of the car doesnt have traction, we try to "borrow" some traction from the front (and vice versa).
Have a look on the setup book, it has nice info at the end with setup solutions to every problem (oversteer, understeer)
and when it appears (corner entry, middle, exit). If not available under 733 section, i am sure is available under 720 section. Make one change at a time and see how it works. Try first the changes with the highest priority (1,2,3, ..etc).

Good luck

Thank you very much for the elboration.. Right now I have chane my chamber and toe in to 2.5 degree..
Diff oil I chanGe back to 30000cst. I also change droop from 3 to 2 due to my track which is quite bumpy.. I want to let the rear end to have more suspension travel under hard acceleration..

My setup is 50000 rear diff oil,80000 for front diff.
Rear toe in at 2.5 degree, chamber at 2.5 degree for rear, droop at 3.
For front toe out is 2 degree, chamber at 2 degree, droop at 0.
All the chamber link and shock position I jus follow stock setup sheet for front and rear.

Above is my second session ,my first session is with 30000cst rear diff oil, with both sane setup, my car still fish tail during exit of corner, it get wilder when tyre wearS down. I suspect perhaps spring or droop may helps..

change front toe out , and make it front toe in -1 degree , and also change rear diff oil to 30000cst

I think the actual size of the Serpent diff needs to also be considered with diff weights.

The same diff oils that were considered 'normal' or 'heavy' in one brand would feel and act very differently in two different sized diffs.

That is true in part, but there is more difference caused by incomplete filling of diffs. I've seen many diffs which were not filled completely and thus felt "soft" for the oil that was supposedly inside.
