In my opinion, DLS just makes the car feel a bit different but doesnt make it faster..
For me the car is perfect, even without DLS.

So here my question:
Do you use DLS just because its a nice and unique option or do you think it really makes the car faster???

Best regards

I am happy with the balance of the chassis without DLS at the places I race
I found it made the rear sit flatter but made the car slower to change direction. Less rotation under acceleration and less rear roll mid corner. It's just a tuning option as far as I see it
That was at Lilydale but I wanna give DLS a go at a local parking lot track and see what it's like with lower grip

You sound like Patto with the user error bizzo:P

I have built two cars and issues with both diffs on both cars... Maybe i am too heavy handed.

Might see you at Wynnum on Saturday if the weather is kind!

Hey Andrew, if you come down Saturday bring those diffs and i'll take a look at them with you and we'll try to sort what's happening.

At the seam where the two halves join together and out of the screw holes.

Same here. Of the 6 diffs I have they were all leaking the same way. Tried new cases, and even doubling up the o-rings. Same issue. My solution was to cut the screws down by about two threads on both sides. Now they don't leak but still sweat slightly. I could live with that. Ironically if you order new cases now they seem to be coming with slightly shorter screws.

There are 2 different length screws for the diff pulleys, the longer 10mm ones are for the front pulley only and if used on the rear will bottom out and not allow the diff halves to pull up tight.
