Cone washer is fitted and its not binding on the screw head its just purely the fact that the joint wont go to the angle required, is there another joint that would solve the problem, i have tried modding the plastic cup but it just develops lots of play???

not sure. but are you using the rod ends with a marking 'TOP' on them ?
these are offset, so shouldnt be binding.

Are you refering to when the camber link is at the lowest hole on the camber plate the suspension without shocks or swaybars appears to bind?
If so, I've noticed somthing similar on my EEL, but it's beyond normal suspension travel for me
I think you'll find it's got to do with the geometry of the camber link compared to the lower A arm

What most people including me do, is heat the outer nylon ball joint and bend it. This reduces the angle of the ball joint.

I do it by taking off the link, hold the "eye" in a pair of flat pliers, heat the nylon next to the pliers and bend the joint. Hold the force untill the joint cools and you're done.

The new geasbox looks al lot like the NT1 gearbox. Better to copy good than to design bad i think. Congratulation Serpent for a good product. What to think about a new fueltank , i have a idea..... Look at capricorn and Km , they know how you do it right.

Now don`t go killing me , just kidding.

Wonder why they took so long though.
