The info I gave was street price info. We all know no one pay's list price anymore. Those days have come and gone. Try not to stir the pot too much Sam. Hahahaha

The $489.95 is your price, but other may sell it for more or less. Racers will just have to wait a few more days and see what happens. It will be out earlier than expected. Hopefully!

I am not trying to stir the pot, it was a simple post saying that it is a street price.

O.k. Mr.Sam my point that i'm trying get across is i personally think that Serpent should sell the car a little less expensive there are plenty of people that i know that would like to get the car but, simply can't afford that price. No disrespect to the Kamikaze crew.

Lets not forget that the 720 '09 is selling for around $430 and no one was complaining about that and 60 more dollars for what looks to be a better car doesn't seem like a big problem. What you should really also look at is the people that spend $500 on a engine now that doesn't seem to be easier on the economy
This is just my opinion feel free tp criticize

I did some research. This are the prices of one of the most respected online shop in the country:

Ashford Hobby:
NT1 2009 spec: 529.99
V-ONE RRR Evo.2 WC: 509.99
MTX-4R: 499.99

Also, it was already announced in another thread by Ciryl, that the velox will be in this range of prices.

To be honest, i don't undertand what level of pricing you guys were expecting. Of course is not cheap, but is actually on the same level than the others.

So let's see the performance of this car to come to a conclusion

steve'o has a good point. Doesnt look like you will have to buy anything seperate other than maybe some sway bars, springs and shock oils..

the new car looks good
