I think you have a lot of reading (learning) to do.

1) A turbo plug is just a glowplug with just a different mounting. The plug creates its own sealing so no copper ring is needed and it fits better with the shape of the combustion chamber. Both things should improve the power of an engine and is a standard with most racing engines.

2) Flash is just a name.....

You won't be disappointed with either of the two I mentioned. But remember you gotta have a good clutch set up and be able to handle the power all around not just on the back straight

Since you seem to be starting up in this hobby.

I recommend a RB Touring 9... They are around $260-$280 and are as fast as stock Flash Engines.

Its better to start with a cheaper engine, then work yourself to high-end engines since you know what you are doing.

Best of all, they are Novarossi Based.

If you want even cheaper than that... The RB TJ9 (Touring Junior) is a replica of what Mugen X12's used to be. Their cost is around $175-$185 on eBay.

RB engines are good aswell... and the orange head also looks good with the orange parts ont he serpent

RB T10 or RB T10RC (if u wanna spend a lil more).

but the T10 with pipe combo will cost around $350.

The kits are pretty much good to go in stock form... there really isent much hopups for it as everything on it is already carbonfibre or aluminium.
