i dont think anyone needs to read what just happened, so i removed it all to not take away focus from the car.

I added 1mm shims to each of the 3 screws that mount the middle hub, this allows the belt to clear the steering post as it shifts the whole assembly slightly to the right (when looking front on at the car)

Is that a trick you learnt building one of the 17 cars you have owned?

Mate, trust me, after building my last car (I won't mention which German car it was ), the 733 is a dream to put together.

Funny enough, I had to pull out my dremel on the very first step putting the front solid together (couldn't slide the silver pulley adaptor onto the shaft), so I was starting to get flashbacks, but thats the only time I needed it during the whole build.

Default Rear Belt tension

Has anyone had any issues with the Rear Belt Tension?

- Chassis is straight
- Cam is as tight as it goes.
- Pulley 20

Thanks
